So we all came here for a reason, each one different from the next. However, there are things about this campus that each of us would change to make it better. Our group thinks that there is too much spending for electricity and energy on campus and there needs to be some drastic changes made to make this entire campus more efficient. There are so many things that can be changed for the better, from solar panels, to different lighting, to some different methods of heating. Between all of us and with the help from outside people, we have come up with some ways for UVM to save money and in turn, save all of us money. In the pages of this blog, we have laid out our ideas and how they can benefit the campus. Some of them are easily attainable, while others are going to take a bit more work and resources, but no matter how hard the goal, nothing will get done until someone takes that first step and that's what we are doing here.
