Removal of hand dryers-
While at NRG, Ryan and Tyler learned something very interesting. There are lots of hand dryers at this school, but some bathrooms also have paper towels. If UVM removed the hand dryers, and some how found a way to limit people to only one paper towel, we could save lots of energy in the long run. Without using electricity to power the hand dryers, and using manual paper towel dispensers, lots of energy can be saved in the long run even using paper towels. Lots of people are against them because that means more trees will be cut down, but actually, from what was learned at NRG, less energy is used in paper towels than in the hand dryers. Weird, but it works.
